I am a therapist who believes in a collaborative and relational approach to therapy. I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs, drawing from a variety of techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused strategies, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). My goal is to provide you with personalized care, helping you grow and heal in a supportive and compassionate environment. Let's work together to find what works best for you!
